Executive coaching is a growing industry with just over $3 Billion dollars made in the previous year in the United States alone. Although it may vary from company to company the cost of a Coach may cost as much as up to $450 an hour for the services rendered with commitments of up to 6 to 12 months. Leading instructional rounds are the best solution for the counselling you may need.

Executive Coaches are not to be confused with therapists or consultants as they do different things. All of them consult however but that is not the fundamental job of a therapist nor a Coach. They s are there to repair any failings from a communication or relationship aspect of the company between managers/executives and their employees.

In the life cycle of moving from intern to CEO, you pass through various stages of leading. One of those stages happens to be managing and in the working sphere of manager there comes a time for executive coaching. Ig is important for a manager to go through the hands of the Coach in order to be imparted with a few essential skills for his or her role. Chief among those roles is being able to be confronted with challenges, questions of a difficult nature and provide clarity to those below them in the management system.

Although face-to-face communication is the most ideal, the work done by an Executive Coach can be administered via Skype and other similar technologies are simply over the phone.

Because Coaches are key in rectifying wrongs in the communication chain between executives and their fellow employees, companies often seek out the help of an Executive Coach for newly promoted managers and executives so that they can be better integrated and suited to their new roles.
