Learners must get the knowledge given by their teachers. The surrounding they are in is the determining factor for their positive progress. In the learning facilities, the conducive learning environment is created by individuals who take part in the management of the institution who can offer these offers at no charge or with a charge. The partners involved in the success are trainers, region representatives, academicians and governing the body of the institution. They do this to give information on weakness and strengths of students. All this play a role in school improvement services.

Well, organized systems of leadership in an institution dictate how good it is. The duty of every member is highlighted in bold. The leadership must be stable this means it should not often be changed. It should incorporate both teaching and non-teaching staff to bring together the various source of knowledge together for proper governing. It also should incorporate a system where all the requirement learns need are provided. When this happens, a positive sign of progress will be noticed.

This is to maintain the institution progression in an active line.

For teachers to be able to deal with different problems they encounter daily in the institute they should be equipped with the mechanisms to handle all this is done but allowing them to attend workshops where they find themselves being involved in a thorough practice, formative evaluation and guider or peer answers. It is their duty to provide students with a detailed program of study. Visiting these workshops teachers can give out their knowledge.

Leaders of education, for example, the district officer are given training on ways to better a learning institution. He can be trained in a field like developing leading skills, giving and delivering instruction, to consult performance and evaluating a program. After that, they are given responsibilities to exercise their abilities on running a learning center for it to prosper.

It is mandatory for a head of an institution to be trained on how to handle resources, social capital, and human capital which when mismanaged can lead to institute to be closed down. They are also equipped with talents like analysis of a talent, the process of employment, taping a talent, institution facilitation, forecasting a talent, attitude judgment and also being role models.

The place that has many different talents is a learning institution which should be nurtured to avoid their loss. They should be protected for some may be used for the success of the institution. When this is achieved, the learners are motivated.

Assessment is made mandatory to know the progress of students and working staff. This keeps students on toes and can focus on their studies because they know after the course they will be examined. The process should be carried out at specific intervals and clearly stated out in the rules governing the institution.
